I have a confession... I have a strong dislike for zucchini. I know, I know a vegetarian that doesn't like all vegetables. The only way you are going to get me to eat zucchini is if you hide it in something like this fabulous Dark Chocolate Bread.

Autumn is all about soaking the last days of nice weather, watching the leaves change, football (maybe), hayrides and apple picking. As we all know 2020 hasn’t been the year, we all planned and a lot of our seasonal traditions have had to change or have gotten upended all together.
The human body is composed of up to 70% water and is involved in so many processes in the body that being just 2% dehydrated can start to hinder your body’s ability to perform. If you’re anything like me, when your alarm goes off, you think do I really have to get up now? Then my next thought is, how long can I lay here before I absolutely have to get out of bed and get moving? This happens at least few times a week usually on days that I know are going to be extra busy. This is why I take the time to prep my weekday breakfasts a few days in advance usually on a Sunday night and another night during the week.
Its spring, time for sunshine and renewal after a long New England Winter. It’s the time of year we start thinking about changing up our diets from the comfort food we oh so enjoyed all winter, to lighter, fresher, greener fare. Spring is a natural time of awakening following the winter months, and with everything in bloom, it is the perfect motivation to take your workouts outside. |
