That's why I've created The Food Reset 3-Month Program. Over the course of the program, we will work on more mindful eating, healthy cooking techniques and so much more. This program is about resetting your relationship with food in a safe, simple and sustainable way.

In this four-part workshop, you will learn about diet & lifestyle habits that have been proven to optimize health, longevity, and maintain healthy weights. We will discuss self-acceptance, flexibility, and non-judgment mentality surrounding food, allowing for lasting healthful changes to be easily incorporated into their day-to-day lives.
